Dr. Rejtar's research is in advanced methods for analysis of proteins. A major area is coupling high-resolution separations with mass spectrometry, either for profiling complex mixtures of proteins, or for detailed analysis of a single protein. For high-resolution separations, Dr. Rejtar has deep expertise in capillary electrophoresis methods, which are a powerful complement to microbore LC methods developed at the Institute. Tomas' technical expertise has also supported the development of new mass spectrometry techniques and hardware, and data processing methods (see publications)
